Using Unreal Engine 5's Lumen global illumination and Nanite virtualized geometry, the project achieves photorealistic architectural presentations that run smoothly in real-time at 60+ FPS. The lighting system accurately simulates natural daylight penetration through windows, artificial lighting warmth, and the subtle interplay of bounced light that gives spaces their character. Every material was crafted with physical accuracy in mind, from the subtle texture of Italian marble floors to the soft sheen of silk curtains.

MIRA represents a paradigm shift in real estate presentation, replacing traditional static renders with a fully interactive, real-time experience. Working as 3D Generalist and Environment Artist, this project developed comprehensive interior and exterior environments that allow potential buyers to explore properties at their own pace. The work showcases luxury residential units with attention to material quality, lighting accuracy, and spatial design that matches the actual construction specifications.

Each interior space was meticulously designed to showcase the potential of the living areas. The project features multiple fully-furnished apartment configurations, from cozy studios to expansive penthouses. Furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements were selected to appeal to the target demographic while demonstrating the versatility of each space. Dynamic time-of-day systems allow clients to see how their future home looks at different times, from bright morning light to cozy evening ambiance.




UI/UX Design
The user interface was designed to be intuitive and non-intrusive, allowing the architecture to take center stage while providing all necessary navigation and information tools. A minimalist control scheme enables users to explore freely, switch between viewing modes, and access property specifications. The design philosophy prioritizes clarity and accessibility—ensuring even first-time users can navigate confidently within seconds.
